It’s not fair that there are two distinct wine denominations in the Marche called Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva and also Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, but there are and this is why people give up on trying to pass the Italian Wine Scholar exam and is why it took me almost two years to even apply to sit for it (passed on first shot).

The wine of the @produttoridelbarbaresco are routinely among our annual favorite releases and the nine crus of their production were served nearly exclusively at our wedding a year ago last week. This winery is special to us and we look forward to seeing our friends here as often as we can.
